The Shadow offers no explanation for its brief appearance. Some people notice the Shadow immediately and are curious, some may invent stories while others pass by without a second glance.
Each Shadow becomes a meeting between a place, a moment and the experiences people bring with them. The place contributes its own history and routines. The Shadow contributes a quiet interruption, an encounter that belongs only to that place and that moment.
After a while, the Shadow disappears. What remains is often a conversation, a memory or simply the feeling that something familiar was seen a little differently.
