Most of the time we move through familiar places without thinking very much about them. We learn where to stand, where to wait, who to ask, what to press and what to ignore. Over time, these everyday routines become almost invisible. Shadows of Change introduces a quiet interruption into those familiar routines. A Shadow appears where someone might once have worked, waited, watched or simply been present. The ordinary scene becomes just unfamiliar enough to invite another look.

About Shadows

Across everyday life, the ways we do things continue to evolve. Sometimes change is obvious. At other times it can arrive quietly through software, automation, redesigned services or changing expectations. Often nothing dramatic appears to happen, yet over time, a place can begin to feel unfamiliar.

People often experience those changes differently, what feels efficient to one person may feel confusing to another. What seems like progress in one setting may seem like loss somewhere else.

The Shadows create pauses in familiar places so that what has become ordinary, invisible or taken for granted might become noticeable. It is an invitation to pause, look and allow everyday places to reveal something of themselves.
